We would consider attending and the weekend of July 22 - 24 can work for us. There is an MTOA rendezvous in Mystic July 15 - 17 which we will be going to. Not sure yet if by boat or car. The marina in Greenport is very nice but the dock approach is fairly shallow. We got stuck in the mud while backing out of our slip a few years ago and got pulled out by the very nice sightseeing boat that docks at the marina. We are a 43' Sundeck Albin and we draw 4'4''. The marina has a nice arrangement with the hotel and slip renters get to use the hotel indoor pool.

If the rendezvous date is moved to July 23 weekend would that be more accommodating? The transient dock at Treasure Cove can handle 10 boats. If someone else has another marina in mind and would like to pick up the baton and run with it, be my guest. The longer we wait the harder it will be to secure a marina.

Ok, I have the following yachts planning to attend on the weekend of July 22-July 25.

If any other AOG member plans to attend please advise ASAP. I will make the arrangements on Saturday. I also understand that the Aquarium will not permit swimming with the dolphins while we are there. The moray eels will be allowed.

Vmd is the university of penn vet degree. All other veterinary schools give a DVM (doctor of veterinary medicine), penn uses the Latin hence VMD.

Rumor has it, that the Vet is going to give all the captains rabies shots. I am going to call Treasure Cove to confirm the dates and will advise the attendees of who to contact.

Matt, I have no idea yet for a "theme". If anyone has any ideas, jump right on in.

As Rob said, we have a vet and a "dog". All we need now is a one legged pirate with a parrot.

Ok, we are all set for the 22-25 th of July. Please call Chelsea or Kristen at 631-727-8386 to confirm your reservation. The marina is kid friendly with an indoor and outdoor pool on the site, There is also an aquarium on the same premise. The marina is totally protected from wind, so it can get hot. As things progress I will try come up with an agenda. As of right now I am stuck between a GOP, Democratic and Independent convention. Bernie expects to have some free time.

Affirmative. When you call the marina tell them you are with the Albin group. If you call the manana, they probably won't know what you are talking about or is that Polish for tomorrow?
