We will bring Chili and cornbread, etc., no matter how we get there. We hope to float in, but transmission fix may take longer. :(.

If we end up driving, we can pick up ice as well.

Both Furball and the KozyL will be cruising the week leading up to the rendezvous. We would both like to chip in cash for the hamburgers and hotdogs, or whatever is needed if someone is willing to make the purchase. Hope to see everybody on Friday!!!!

Thanks, Carl

Carl, I will have a car at the rendezvous. Quest is on the hard waiting for a new rudder. There are grocery stores close by and I'll be happy to provide transportation to pick up hamburgers, hot dogs, rolls, etc. There is a Giant just up the road if you want to pre-order, but we can probably take care of that on Friday and pick them up just before the cookout on Saturday. I'll bring paper plates, plastic ware, napkins and cups that I have left over from previous years.

As I write this the mechanic is replacing our water pump AND refurbished alternator. Whether we will be boating or driving is up in the air, but fingers are crossed. I will bring a pasta salad for Sat. night.
