Sarasota? That would be at least a 3 day trip for us Florida east coast Albin owners. How about something closer to Ft. Meyers where the Okeechobee waterway (Caloosahatchee River) comes out?

We are in Punta Gorda and would certainly go to Sarasota. We have the boat out 1st week in April so any rendezvous needs to be scheduled prior to April.

Hello...we are snowbirds in Naples. Would be interested in a West coast event even though we would have to drive by car to attend. We just recently purchased a 1988 Albin 27FC which currently floats on the Cumberland river east of Nashville.

Jim Lanza...The window of opportunity on this is closing quickly. Please set a date and location so we can plan.
Those that can make it will, those who can't won't.

Thanks.

We are previous Albin owners and are buying a 28. The rendezvous is fun and we would be interested also. We are in Punta Gorda.

We have our 28 TE here in Cape Coral and would like to meet the folks that could make the trip up to Sarasota....
Is there a date yet?

Alrighty - guess this isn't going anywhere. We might just have to have an informal get together.

Burnt Store is always a fun place. Let's just find the date that others would be interested in going after Easter (season ends and dock space becomes available).

We're in Cape Coral. Anywhere on the west coast is good for us. We're heading to the Clearwater area the end of June if by chance the gathering is around that time.

Arrivederci would love to do a Sarasota rendezvous. We just need someone willing to organize it. We stayed a Marina Jack last week for 3 nights. They would most likely roll out the red carpet probably in May after the snowbirds migrate. Tom A

Count us in for Sarasota or Burnt Store, or where ever after the Sixer's and Snow birds head home.

I’m for a west coast reunion anywhere between Sarasota to the Calusa river and east to Clewston. Slips for larger groups get easier in April through June so I vote for this time window ( If someone asks me to vote. ).

Hello to all Florida Albin owners.

Glad to see renewed interest in Florida, we have been following posts for a few years and look forward to meeting other Albin owners. In the Northeast there have been 13 rendezvous at various locations and we attended 6 so far. There are new people every year and all have a good time. We sponsored in New London CT at Crocker's boat yard in 2017 during Sailfest and 12 Albins and a few other friends were there to enjoy all the festivities and a great fireworks show.

Our homeport is New London, CT but we are in Apollo Beach FL Nov-May and would definitely drive to Sarasota for a rendezvous, or any location within a few hours of home.
