Custom Gulf Harbor 45

Does anyone have any knowledge of these boats. It was listed as an Albin and also a Custom Gulf Harbor 45. Just interested in the back ground. It is a 2007 so I'm assuming it was made in Taiwan.

Looks like we are under contract on this boat. Our 35TE is also under contract hope all goes well with the sale and new purchase.
