As unlikely as it may seem Statefarm wrote the boat easy peezy. I own her now ;)

I'm worried about learning to navigate her in close quarters with the single screw.

You could snag an experienced friend or dockmate. Or hire a captain for a few sessions.

I have two firmly-cemented docking principles:
o Neutral is your friend.
o Never go faster than you want to hit something.

Congrats! Single screw and be tricky, especially in wind and current. Luckily mine has a bow thruster. Might consider one in the future.
