I found this on a Danish brokerage site listing an A25. It looks to be the original manufacturer's letter warranting construction standards for export.
Translates as:
We hereby acknowledge that Albin 25 de Luxe no. 2408 has been manufactured in accordance with the Norwegian Veritas rules for the manufacture of boats in fiberglass-reinforced plastic and under production conditions that have been approved by the Norwegian Veritas.
