If I recall the prop on our boat is 16 1/2 X 12 RH

What RPM do you get at WOT? We get 2700-2750 and the transmission is a 2.07:1. At that RPM we get 23.5Hp according to the spec sheet but we probably lose 10-20% due to the 135F intake temperature.
