Not being one for regulations, after seeing 2 dozen of these in the water on a run from Barnegat to BI yesterday I would support them being banned. We were well offshore and this is what we could see. There really is no excuse for this and if folks cannot have a party without making a mess for all of us then maybe they should be banned.
Normally we would have stopped to collect the trash but conditions didn’t warrant this...
