Thanks for the pic, I have to look into building a bulkhead this winter,Anyone else have pictures of theirs with the hatch it would help, at least now I know what's missing!Thanks Jeremy,

I'll try and get hatch pics tomorrow. Going back down to test fit v2.0 of the bulkhead:/

My boat has soundproofing on the hatch between the seats, too. I'm going to check the hatch between that space and the engine room today - I don't recall seeing any sound insulation there, but not sure.

Ours did not have any soundproofing on the bulkhead but did have it under the helm deck including the hatch.

Here is a photo of my bulkhead door between the engine and the area between the helm seats where my batteries and transponder are as well as access to the bilge pump filter. My hatch cover does not have sound proofing and not too much under my helm seat. Other places have 2 inches of foam covered with aluminum foil.

Hey Jack - your photo is too large. There's a 2 megabyte limit on picture size. If you're using windows you can use the photo editor to resize the picture and try again. Or email it to me and I'll shrink it and post it for you.

Interesting - on my '94, there is no evidence of that partition even being on there. I'm definitely looking to add some acoustic foam under the forward hatch because of this.
