Fluking Outside Shinnecock

Post by RobS »

The fluking outside Shinnecock has been red hot for a couple weeks now, however, I have been unable to squeeze outta work during the week to take advantage of it. The last two Saturdays we had cruising commitments with the boat, last Sunday blew too hard for the ocean, so that leaves today, which if course was another crappy forecast. But we headed out regardless and dealt with the bumpy seas and scattered showers. Jetboat Dale boated this 7.25lber on the first drift. Not long for it's weight but extra wide and double thick

Glad you got out Rob, definitely not a nice day here either. Albin weather! When lesser boats fear to tread!

BTW - nice fish!
