Fishing in February

Post by OldDemps »

Greeting AOG Brethren,
Just thought I post some boating shots from my outing yesterday. As you can see, brutal northern California winter weather, 65 and sunny. Actually about a 10 ft swell getting outside the Goldengate then glassy fishing in 180ft. got some nice Dungeness crab and could not find the Sand Dabs (small flounders). But as always, the Albin brings us home safe and smilin'.

great to see you on the water and fishing.

here in CT i'll be on a ladder chipping ice from my roof while looking at my 28te buried beneath 3 feet of snow and surrounded by 5 foot snowbanks from constant plowing.

chipping the ice to alleviate the leaking that started today :(

I love Winter fishing - - in the Bahamas! Like to know what kind of fish was on the rod?
