Schedule for the Rendezvous

Well it's finally time to get serious. It looks like we will have 9 boats according to reservations made as of today - a great turnout. The schedule for the rendezvous is pretty informal.....just relax, visit with others attending and enjoy the great facilities of Herrington Harbour South. At past events most of the time was spent at the pool together but there are many other things to do as well (just go to http://www.herringtonharbour.com/southamenities.html to see everything that is available). Here is the only formal schedule we have:
Friday: - marina check-in time is noon (or later). We will have a welcoming get-together and drinks on the dock at 5 pm (of course you can always start earlier if you want to). After that, lets plan to eat together at the marina's restaurant.
Saturday - Coffee and visiting on the dock. Rest of the day enjoy the various amenities available and relax by the pool. At 5 PM we will start a cook-out at the picnic area. Bring something to grill for yourself and a salad or desert to share. Charcoal will be provided so you don't need to bring that.
Sunday - Coffee on the dock and breaktsast at the marina restaurant. Before we say our goodbyes, lets talk about the next AOG event. Marina check-out time is 11 am
